You may return the Carista OBD adapter purchased on www.Carista.com.bd within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Returns are only accepted if the original packaging of the Carista OBD adapter is intact. Please ensure that the box is unopened and undamaged.
Damaged or used products are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery or that have been altered in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@carista.com.bd within 7 days of the purchase date. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
